Gather Soul Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Gather Soul Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
– You must be 18 years or older to participate.
– You must have an active online presence (Instagram, website, newsletter, or other platform).
– Accounts promoting hate, violence, or misinformation are strictly prohibited.
2. Enrollment Process
– You must apply through our official affiliate sign-up form.
– We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
– You may promote Gather Soul resources only through approved channels (social media, blogs, newsletters, podcasts, etc.).
– Content must reflect our trauma-informed and compassionate brand values.
– You must not make false claims or misrepresent our products.
– No spamming, misleading links, or paid ads using Gather Soul trademarks without permission.
4. Affiliate Commissions
– Affiliates earn 30% commission per qualifying sale made through their unique referral link.
– Commissions are paid [monthly/bi-monthly] via [PayPal/Bank Transfer/Razorpay].
– Minimum payout threshold: [$50] (or equivalent).
– Refunds and chargebacks will result in commission reversal.
5. Payment Terms

– All intellectual property remains the sole property of Gather Soul.
7. Termination
– Gather Soul reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior inconsistent with our values.
– You may terminate your participation at any time by notifying us in writing.
8. Liability
– Gather Soul is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the affiliate program.
– Participation is at your own risk.
9. Modifications
– We may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes via email.
– Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
10. Governing Law
