2. Digital Products & Delivery

2.1. All Products are delivered digitally via download links or email.

2.2. Delivery times may vary; you will receive access details within 24 hours of purchase.

2.3. We make every effort to ensure products are error-free, but gather soul provide no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free delivery.

3. Payment & Refunds

3.1. Payments are processed via Razorpay. All major credit/debit cards and UPI are accepted.

3.2. Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once a download link has been delivered, except where required by applicable law which includes the following:

1) If the product isn’t recieved by the customer.

2) If the product has formatting issues.

The refund will be processed in 24-36 hours.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All content, design, graphics, and materials on the Site and within Products are owned or licensed by Gather Soul and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2. You may download and use Products for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use—such as redistribution, resale, or public performance—is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
